RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION


Objective To recruit qualified personnel for Ministries, Independent Departments, Executive Agencies, Regional Secretariats, Local Government Authorities and other Public Service Institutions. Functions This Division have two Sections as follows:-

  • Officers Recruitment Section;
  • and
  • Non Officers Recruitment Section.

Officers Recruitment

    Functions/Activities
  • Receive, analyze and coordinate employment requirements in Public Service Institutions;
  • Prepare advertisements and liaise with credible public media;
  • Facilitate the shortlisting of applicants;
  • Organize interview panels and interviews;
  • Provide advice to employers on various matters related to recruitment;
  • Summarize interview results and advise MDAs and Public Service Institutions accordingly;
  • Notify those who have not been shortlisted and have been unsuccessful in the interview.

Non Officers Recruitment

    Functions/Activities
